In the evening, I ordered several cups of milk tea at home, and found that one cup did not add tapioca as required by the order, so I did not hesitate to write a bad feedback on the delivery software. Later, I found that there was a note left by the staff in the bag "I am sorry that we have no more tapioca" and presented many coupons. I am sorry that I misunderstood you. I visited this place for bubble tea and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. When I walked in and placed my order, the staff member looked confused and didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for, which made things a bit awkward. I ended up ordering a fruit tea (strawberry), but the options were only “more ice” or “less ice” there was no way to get it without ice. The drink itself didn’t taste great to me, and it just wasn’t what I expected. I originally wanted a regular size, but I was told they only make large, which felt a bit limiting. Overall, the experience wasn’t very smooth or enjoyable, and I don’t think I’d go back. Edit: I had a small issue with my order at first, but the customer service team handled it incredibly well. They were quick to respond, very professional, and went above and beyond to make things right. After I created an account, they even offered me free vouchers, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them really shows their quality—and this place definitely impressed me. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I recently visited Cupp Bubbles Tea and tried their Brown Sugar Premium and Raspberry Fruit Tea—both were absolutely delicious! The Brown Sugar Premium had the perfect balance of rich, caramelized sweetness, while the Raspberry Fruit Tea was refreshingly fruity and vibrant. I highly recommend both! girl was very helpful to choose a drink and very friendly. Good costomer service 10/10

Had an amazing experience at Cupp Bubble Tea.The staff were friendly and attenticve.The Brown Sugar Bubble Tea Premium is a must-try! The black tea base was perfectly brewed, complemented by the rich and sweet brown sugar syrup. The tapioca pearls were incredibly soft and chewy, creating an excellent blend of flavors and textures with every sip. Will visit again soon

Went on opening day and was worth waiting in the queue. Bubble tea is my favourite treat, and a friend had recommended Cupp to me before since I'm not fond of overly-sweet or high-fructose-syrup bubble tea, so my husband and I thought we'd give it a go. I had the oat milk classic tea with tapioca boba. Absolutely worth it, one of the best bubble teas I've had. Definitely going again.

Taro milk tea is my everyday thing. I have a cupp aft my Gym. Love the service, the taste and friendly environment. Cupp over Tempo and bubble tea any day. Happy customer
